Wayne Lewis is a professional facilitator, coach and speaker. His mission is to create safe places where people can find clarity, initiate action and achieve their most important results. Wayne has 20 years experience in the business environment in both operations and corporate roles, and 15 years experience as an independent consultant. For five years Wayne has managed "Consulting as a Career Option." In this successful program, participants learned both the technical and personal skills required to establish a profitable independent business.

He holds an MBA from York University and is certified in mediation, NLP Training, Myers-Briggs interpreter, and Personality Dimensions Trainer. His associates are all similarly qualified in their specialties.
